Project Objectives:

✔ To facilitate the adaptation of workers to the new requirements of digital work.

✔ To improve the digital skills of workers who already work remotely or may work remotely in the future.

✔ To provide workers with tools to manage stressful situations associated with teleworking (working time management, digital disconnection, work-life balance...).

✔ To increase the work efficiency of people who are currently working remotely.

Expected Results:

The direct results that will be obtained during the implementation stage of the project will be the following:

1. Research study on the training, ergonomic and organizational needs of teleworking.
2. Development of training materials for the improvement of digital competences and skills required to develop teleworking.
3. Elaboration of practical guides for the prevention of psychosocial risks associated with teleworking.
